CALL FOR PAPERS FOR THE 17TH ISSUE OF “PRO TEMPORE” STUDENT JOURNAL

We are pleased to announce that the Call for Papers for the 2021/2022 issue of “Pro Tempore” is now open. This year’s issue will accept papers dealing with Civilizational and Cultural Encounters pertaining to history and related disciplines.

“Pro Tempore” is a journal run by students at the Department of History, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. Our mission is to enable students of history and other related disciplines to publish articles and to help them gain experience in editorial work. Furthermore, our aim is to extend knowledge on topics in history and to acquaint authors and readers with current trends in historiography.

By chosing the topic of Civilizational and Cultural Encounters our goal is to encourage authors to address as wide a range of issues as possible. We welcome papers with an interdisciplinary outlook, especially those which approach historical phenomena from the vantage point of imagology, historical anthropology, economic and intellectual history, etc.

The editorial board will consider all types of research papers, as well as reviews, translations, interviews, and reports from conferences and round tables. All submitted papers will undergo a selection process. Papers accepted for publication will be reviewed by professors.
